If you need proof that this technique works, try closing your eyes right now and picture that you are on top of a very tall Building. Now imagine the skyline and everything that you would see if you were really looking from that vantage point. Now look down and imagine your feet are halfway off of the ledge, If the picture in your mind is realistic, your body just involuntarily flinched or took a step back as if to keep a safe distance from the ledge. What you will be doing with Treasure Mapping is using the force that just moved your body and direct it towards moving the objects of your desire to you.

    While this worked for me, and helped to keep my personal vision in line, I also needed to motivate my new downline. I listened to tapes by such topic speakers as Douglas Firebaugh. He advised to pour into your downline what has been missing for most of their lives, because if you do, he said, then they will surely follow you wherever you go, and for the rest of their life. They will become "addicted” to your encouragement and hope that they feel when they talk to you. So I took his advise and dis exactly that. Instead of just motivating my team, I also praised them constantly. And I praised them for their effort, not just for their results, which is also what he said to do. And this startegy really did work. I see the results right away in fact. I was ready and willing to work hard because even the best ideas take hard work to become a reality in life. I was just so glad not to have a boss, forced to work towards pointless deadlines and targets. I remembered what Kiyosaki had said: an entrepreneur seeks freedom while an employee seeks security. And his rich dad had said something to the effect of: The people with the most security are in prison, specifically Maximum Security. Good point Robert. Freedom was definately what I was after, not the mere illusion of security that a job provides. There certainly appears to be more risk involved on the entrepreneurial side but I think in the long haul, ironically, the entrepreneurial side provides much more security than a mere job does. He also said that a key difference between employees and entrepreneurs is that employees are afraid to fail, make mistakes and look stupid or lose face somehow, so they often never try and never really risk anything. But the entrepreneur knows that when he makes a mistake he is getting closer to succeeding.
